This walk takes minor road and bog road to the base of the hills before climbing along the southern flank of a river valley below Arroo Mountain with stunning panoramic and outstandingly scenic views south across Glenade Valley and north over Donegal Bay towards the Bluestack Mountains.

The Arroo Trail is located near Glenade and it is sign posted from the main road R280 at Largydonnell.

The Arroo Trail is a Linear Walking Route close to the town of Kinlough which starts from the old school in Aghanlish and continues along a private road up the hillside to where the old bog track ends.

The Trail is located in an area of stunning natural beauty with 360 panoramic views down over the surrounding countryside.
