The Drumhauver Bridge Loop walk is approximately 10 kms long and the longest of the looped trails in this area, writes Martin Branagan.

Starting at Battlebridge Lock, the trails takes you alongside the canal, past Drumleague Lock, before crossing over the Drumhauver Bridge and following the trail on the opposite side of the canal back to Battlebridge Lock.

You can choose to extend the walk further by continuing on the linear trail between Drumhauver Bridge and the Acres Lake Boardwalk.
